Personal Training Packages

1st Consultation/Training Session (Starter pack included)                             FREE

No contracts, joining fees or memberships - pay for the time you need, when you want it. You can pay as you go, or pay upfront if you prefer. Some clients train three times a week, others see us as little as once a month, it is completely up to you. I will work out the perfect training plan for you.
